ورد الى موقع التحري رد من إدارة فندق الكمبينسكي جاء فيه ما يلي:
تؤكد إدارة فندق ومنتجع كمبينسكي سمرلاند أن القوى الأمنية حضرت نهار الحادثة التي وقعت نهار الجمعة الواقع فيه 23 آب وعملت على اتخاذ التدابير الأمنية اللازمة.

وقد عملت الإدارة على توفير الدعم والمساعدة للنزلاء والموظفين وحرصت على التعاون مع القوى الأمنية لضبط المشكلة بسرعة وفعالية.

تأتي حماية أمن نزلاء الفندق في مقدمة أولوياتنا وتحرص الإدارة على تطبيق التدابير الأمنية المشددة التي تضمن سلامة الزبائن وتساعدهم على الاستمتاع بوقتهم بأمان كالمعتاد في كافة مرافقنا.

Kempinski Summerland Hotel and Resort Beirut confirms that the local authorities were present right after the incident that occurred on the 23rd of August and took immediate and necessary actions.

The hotel management provided its full support to the guests and staff and fully cooperated with the local authorities to bring the situation under control very quickly and efficiently.
