دعا المنسق الخاص للأمم المتحدة في لبنان يان كوبيتش في تغريدة على حسابه عبر "تويتر"، الحكومة الى "أن تتخذ قرارات جريئة بسرعة حتى لو كانت مؤلمة لإنقاذ البلد من الانهيار"، مشددًا على أنها "مسؤولة أمام الناس، وهمومهم واحتياجاتهم وتوقعاتهم المعروفة".
