Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah will be speaking at the memorial ceremony in honor of the scholar, Sheikh Ali Mohammed Qasim Kourani, today at 5 p.m.
According to sources from 'Lebanon Debate,' Nasrallah will address a series of topics in his speech, including the Gaza war and the massacres perpetrated by Israel, which have drawn global attention. He will also discuss the American pressure on the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in favor of Israel.
Nasrallah will reaffirm the party’s steadfast support for the conflict in the south, standing in solidarity with Gaza and emphasizing its connection to a ceasefire, along with various settlement scenarios in the south. He will also confirm that there will be no talks of settlement before a ceasefire in Gaza.
Furthermore, Nasrallah will respond to Israeli threats, asserting that members of the resistance are not intimidated by them, as they possess the strength to thwart Israel's actions and defend when necessary.
According to the source, Nasrallah will not address French envoy Le Drian's visit to Lebanon and the presidential file, considering that this matter is entrusted to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nabih Berri, in accordance with an understanding between Nasrallah and Berri.
