Arson Attack Sparks Alarm in Car Parts Shop

At dawn on Monday, a fire erupted in a car parts shop in the locality of Regie in al-Koba.

According to information obtained by "Lebanon Debate," the fire was deliberate. Unknown individuals set ablaze the shops owned by Malik Hassoun and Abdallah Osman. Fortunately, and thanks to divine intervention, no injuries were reported.

Reports also indicate that Hassoun's son was previously attacked by unknown assailants in Zgharta. The perpetrators are still at large, despite ongoing efforts by security forces to apprehend them.

In response to the arson, Hassoun has appealed to the Armed Forces Commander, General Joseph Aoun, and the Director-General of the Internal Security Forces, Major General Imad Osman, to swiftly identify and apprehend the culprits to prevent further tensions from escalating.

Security forces have arrived at the scene to launch an investigation into the incident and to apprehend the perpetrators.
