“Lebanon Debate”
Citizens are complaining because of the unexpected and unreasonable bills they have received. During the winter, the bills of a vacant house reached two hundred dollars. Despite attempting to discuss the issue with the electricity company, residents found their concerns falling on deaf ears. This led them to question the references they could turn to in order to effectively address and resolve these billing issues.
