Media Defamation Exposed!

False information was leaked, alleging that MP Alain Aoun did not respond with regards to an initiative undertaken by the Free Patriotic Movement (FPM). This initiative was claimed to be executed by associates of MP Gebran Bassil. The misinformation spreading suggests that Aoun's dismissal was pre-planned as part of a systematic effort to silence any free voice within the movement, with MP Elias Bou Saab as an example.

It should be noted that the only initiative to address this issue was initiated last April by a prominent MP of the FPM. However, there has not been any positive response from Bassil to date. Instead, it has been met with successive recommendations for dismissal and media defamation, as is currently occurring. These actions seem to be preparations for an imminent decision and appear to be aimed at influencing the opinion of FPM supporters who are showing solidarity with Aoun.
