Anger and Tension in Tripoli: Three Wounded

The northern capital of Tripoli remains embroiled in serious issues, with daily incidents escalating into gunfire, as evidenced by Monday evening's events in the Shaarani-Hariri neighborhood.

Details obtained by "Lebanon Debate" reveal that a longstanding issue reignited between A.Q. and M.A.L. on one side and R.J. on the other, resulting in exchanges of gunfire. This led to M.A.L. sustaining a gunshot wound to the mouth and R.J. being injured in the shoulder.

The wounded were transported by private vehicle to Tripoli Governmental Hospital to receive necessary treatment. Their conditions were described as stable.

Additionally, the dispute caused M.S. to be accidentally hit by a stray bullet in his foot as he passed through the area during the shooting. He was taken to a local hospital, and his condition is also stable.

Security forces arrived at the scene, where they launched an investigation to determine the circumstances of the incident. Meanwhile, an army unit deployed a security perimeter to prevent further escalation, given the atmosphere of anger and tension in the area following the dispute.
