Finally Apprehended After Twelve Arrest Warrants

“Lebanon Debate”

Based on investigative efforts and judicial references, "Lebanon Debate" has learned that a patrol from the Service and Information Division of the General Directorate of State Security arrested K.H., born in 1960 in Denniyeh, at a sorting location in Tripoli. K.H. is accused of forgery and the use of counterfeit official documents across northern Lebanon, Beirut, and Mount Lebanon.

Reportedly, K.H. is the subject of 12 arrest warrants for various crimes, with cumulative sentences totaling 7 years in prison. Following his arrest, he was interrogated as advised by the judiciary.

Subsequently, State Security issued a statement indicating, that “he faces cumulative sentences ranging from 7 to 20 years in prison."

The statement elaborated, "K.A.A.'s fraudulent activities, particularly involving a substantial real estate scam in Mount Lebanon, were brought to our attention. State Security monitored his activities and apprehended him upon judicial authorization. He has been referred to the appropriate authorities for further legal proceedings."
