placeholder

Businessman Bahaa Hariri announced his commitment to enhancing communication, reaffirming his dedication to a national project for Lebanon that he intends to commence immediately, without waiting for parliamentary elections in 2026. He also added that he decided to use all his expertise to support the country's reconstruction and development.

Hariri arrived on Monday afternoon in the northern regions of Lebanon as part of his ongoing tour. He welcomed a delegation from the Kalmon families at his residence in Marimar Resort.

The delegation stressed the significance of Bahaa Hariri carrying forward the legacy of his father, the late Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, citing the need for strong Sunni leadership. They urged Hariri to maintain connections with Sunnis by opening the doors of Kraytem Castle to all.

The son of the late president disclosed numerous ideas and projects for the prosperity of the north in the industrial, agricultural and transportation sector considering that the region has the needed capabilities that can move the economic wheel.

Hariri considered that "the cause of the country's main problem is the quadripartite alliance," pointing out that "Lebanon is not only a country of coexistence, but a country of joint rule as considered by Patriarch Elias Boutros Howayek," recalling the Islamic-Christian relationship that brought together the martyr Prime Minister Rafik Hariri and the late Maronite Patriarch Mar Nasrallah Boutros Sfeir, stressing that "Lebanon only exists through bilateralism and joint governance."

Regarding the Sunni community, Hariri stated, "From today, there will be no compromise regarding the rights of Sunnis who suffer from social and institutional injustices. This cannot persist, and things will return to normal, God willing.

Hariri elaborated on the principles of the "Path" movement, continuing the legacy of Rafik Hariri, and announced plans to expand the "Voice of Beirut International" Foundation, aiming to establish it as an inclusive platform.

He concluded with a commitment: "Rest assured that when I make a promise, I will deliver on it."
