Tragedy in Baalbek: Man Shoots his Friend

A tragic incident shook the city of Baalbek on Tuesday morning when an individual fired a shot at his friend.

According to Lebanon Debate, the perpetrator, identified as H.D., 30 years old, shot his friend A.H., who is 19 years old. The latter sustained a gunshot wound to the head. After the shooting, H.D. fled to an unknown location.

A.H. was rushed to Dar Al-Amal University Hospital in Baalbek to receive the necessary medical treatment for his critical condition.

While the exact reasons behind the shooting remain unclear, the two individuals had been friends for some time. Sources speculate that there may have been a previous issue between them that escalated today into tragic violence.

Security forces arrived at the crime scene and launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident and locate the fugitive shooter.
