We Lost the North

Israeli media have revealed a tough incident in the Golan Heights where an Israeli soldier was killed and others were injured in a double attack by Hezbollah on the Golan Heights and Galilee.

The media also added: "We lost the north."

The army evacuated a large number of wounded from the Golan Heights to the Rambam Health Care Campus in Haifa and the Ziv Medical Center using military helicopters.

According to a security source, Israeli media reported: "Hezbollah launched several attacks, more than 100 missiles, and over 10 drones from Lebanon towards Israel, which triggered security warning alarms for an entire hour nonstop."

The media also added that the attack on the Golan Heights led to the closure of many roads and large fires erupted in open areas due to the missiles, causing a power outage in the Golan Heights.

Sirens sounded in a number of northern settlements (Kiryat Shmona, Tel Hai, Beit Hillel, and Sde Nehemia) due to the fear of drone infiltrations from Lebanon, prompting tens of thousands of residents to enter shelters and fortified areas in the north.

IDF Radio reported direct hits on two buildings in the Rajba area north of Acre as one person was seriously wounded when a rocket hit a shopping mall in Acre.
