Jumblatt: Capitol Hill Greeting Nero

Former Progressive Socialist Party leader Walid Jumblatt posted a picture on his "X" platform account, commenting: "Capitol Hill Greeting Nero," comparing it to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's speech yesterday before the US Congress at Capitol Hill in Washington.

Nero, the Roman Emperor infamous for burning Rome, is known for his tyranny and persecution of Christians. He gained notoriety for his dictatorship and the executions of his mother Agrippina the Younger, his first wife, and reportedly his second wife as well.
