Ahmad El Hariri, the Secretary General of the Future Movement wrote in a post on his account via the "X" platform:
"What’s between us, it does not end in a year, five or ten years, or even a thousand years; the liberation battles are as enduring as fasting."
He added, "We remain etched in your hearts like carvings in marble, resonating in the sound of the gutter and on the wings of doves. We remain in the memory of the sun and in the annals of history."
