His presence is symbolic… le Drian won't propose anything new!

Simon Abi Ramia, MP of the "Strong Lebanon" bloc, announced that the relation between the patriotic movement and the French is very friendly, confirming that there are no obstacles or issues between the two.

In an interview with OTV, Abi Ramia said: “According to my sources, le Drian asked to meet with Gebran Bassil, but the latter apologized as he is currently in Italy.”

Abi Ramia continued: “I think that le Drian will not tackle any new points and that his presence is only symbolic to reaffirm the importance of the French role in Lebanon.”
