Abdel Massih remains in the Renewal Bloc until further notice

MP Michel Moawad recently expressed concerns about a growing "difference" within the "Renewal" bloc, particularly with MP Adib Abdel Massih, due to what he described as “positions and behaviors” that go against the bloc's principles. This has led to various interpretations and speculations about the possibility of MP Abdel Massih leaving the bloc, especially in relation to the presidential file.

However, MP Abdel Massih clarified in a conversation with Lebanon Debate that he intends to stay in the "Renewal" bloc for the time being and has not left as some had anticipated in the past few days.

When asked about MP Moawad's stance on the disagreement, Abdel Massih stated that ”MP Michel Moawad did not mention my departure from the bloc, although some may have interpreted it that way.” He emphasized his current commitment to remaining in the bloc until further notice.
