Gunfire Rules the Streets

Another day dawned in Tripoli to the unsettling sound of gunshots.

According "Lebanon Debate" sources, a confrontation erupted this morning between members of the A. family and those from the S. family in the Tabbaneh area of Tripoli, escalating into an exchange of gunfire, albeit without any reported injuries.

In further details, the conflict did not end there as it reignited near the Hariri school, and developed into a shooting in which machine guns were used. This caused a state of panic and fear among the residents.

The sources added that although no people were wounded the second time, property damage did occur.

They revealed that the conflict stemmed from ongoing disputes between members of both families.

Security forces promptly intervened to apprehend the shooters and establish a security cordon around the area.
