Trapped in a Vicious Cycle, drug Addiction fueled hid intent to steal.
According to "Lebanon Debate" sources, around a week ago, a man stole a four-wheel-drive vehicle, belonging to Abu Talal Baytiyeh in Tripoli.
The news upset the youth in the area, prompting them to track down the thief and apprehend him.
Once they found him and interrogated him, he confessed to selling the car for 10 grams of heroin.
The sources also revealed that the residents handed over the robber to security forces, who initiated an investigation to identify the buyer of the car and return it to its rightful owner.
