Lebanese citizens fear an escalation in armed conflicts as security incidents occur daily across the country, with many resorting to weapons to settle disputes, even over trivial matters.
Yesterday, Beddawi region experienced heightened security chaos when a dispute among young individuals from the M. and H. families escalated into an armed altercation involving knives and clubs.
"Lebanon Debate" sources confirmed that during the fight, G. H. sustained injuries but is in stable condition after being hospitalized for treatment.
Gunshots were also fired into the air during the conflict, but no additional injuries were reported.
Security forces quickly intervened to contain the situation, establish a perimeter around the area, and track down those involved.
