Looting and theft incidents have become daily in many Lebanon regions, as they are no longer a surprising phenomenon. However, what is rather surprising is that some citizens are taking on roles typically handled by security services.

According to “Lebanon Debate” sources. A.A. stole a motorbike near Al Mina region yesterday and attempted to flee only to be pursued and shot at by two individuals on another motorcycle.

The sources revealed that two people on a motorbike shot A.A. and were capable of injuring him on Al Mina road, and he was moved to Monla hospital for treatment.

Security forces have launched an investigation into the incident.

Further information revealed that A.A. has a criminal record and was using a false identity at the time of the incident
