A Catcalling Takes a Drastic Turn

On Tuesday, a conflict erupted at the marine tents in the city of Tyre, resulting in several injuries.

According to "Lebanon Debate" sources, the incident began when a group of young men catcalled a girl, which led to an altercation that escalated into a physical fight and stabbing with knives.

5 people were injured, causing a state of panic and fear among beachgoers.

Three of the injured were transported by the Civil Defense in Tyre to Jabal Amel Hospital, while the remaining two were taken to the Lebanese Italian Hospital in Tyre for treatment. Their injuries were described as ranging from minor to moderate.

Security forces responded to the scene, initiating an investigation into the circumstances of the incident, and several individuals involved were arrested for further questioning.
