Sources stated that a political party informed the French Ambassy of a clear defect in the recent tour of the French envoy Jean-Yves Le Drain. Many question marks surrounded his visit as he excluded the biggest part of the Sunnis in parliament and ignored consultations with the Change and Reform bloc. This indicates a potential deal whose chapters have not yet been finished. Therefore, a question surrounding the causes of this incomplete deal arises.
