The government is preparing to reintroduce the bank restructuring and financial regulation project. This will occur once the subcommittee of the Council of Ministers has finished analyzing observations and making any necessary amendments. These revised amendments will then be submitted to Parliament for further examination.

One of the key amendments focuses on reconsidering the distribution of losses between the government and the banks. The aim is to ensure that this distribution is more realistic and implementable.
